To submit reports and recommendations to the NDIA, plan managers, support coordinators, and other relevant parties

To facilitate NDIS funding requests and plan reviews

To meet compliance requirements under NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, and AHPRA registration standards

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
